ZUMBA FITNESS-  MOVING THE WORLD TO A NEW BEAT.
Are you ready to party yourself into shape?  That's exactly what the Zumba-program is all about.  It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party--that's moving millions of people toward joy and health!

Zumba Basics: Quick Review of Basic Zumba Steps.

Group Training:
  All the classes in black are group training sessions: If you want to share the cost of training and want personal attention in a small group....this is for you.  These sessions will be limited to 10 people and the cost is only $10 per session.  You must sign up for the sessions and just simply let us know when you are not able to attend.  Also if you and 2 other people would like to train in a small group but need a different time or day that is not on the schedule...let us know and we can set it up for you.   

Cardio Maxx - Take your body to the maxx with this fun fat burning and cardio conditioning workout.  This class combines high and low impact aerobic moves and muscle conditioning to assure your body a complete workout.

 Cardio Kick - Mix it up with this high impact class full of punches and kicks to take your body to the maxx.  This high energy class **combines cardio and kickboxing!!

 Yoga - Allow the flow of yoga to awaken and energize your body.  Increase flexibility and strength through various postures and breathing exercises.  A perfect compliment to all forms of exercise.  Great for beginners to advanced.

BodyMaxx - An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results.  This personal training style  workout conditions your **nearly every muscle group on your body!  It's perfect for anyone that wants to take their lunch break to the next level!

Total Strength - A terrific body sculpting experience!!  Great for all fitness levels!  A Group Training class that utilizes weights, bars, balls and bands, to work all the major muscles through resistance training. 

SPINNING
- With no complicated moves to learn, a motivating group environment, top-notch instructors and music that begs **your legs to pedal, you'll find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner, stronger body.  Spin classes are *as fun as they are effective. BEGINNERS to Advanced

Kids Karate -Karate is an exceptional tool used to develop and maintain health and strength, both physical and mental; to teach good manners, self discipline and mutual repect between karate and others; and also to encourage decency and respect between all members of society.  Kids 4 and up welcome.  Come on in for a free class!
